What do I need to do?
All parents have a Parent Portal account, and will have received an email from Arbor inviting them to complete the set up of their account by creating a password. Please then familiarise yourself with the Portal as it is the main interface between school and home for most administrative tasks.
If you have any queries, please contact Nicki Dodds at:
What do I need to do on the Parent Portal?
Once you have successfully logged on, you will see your ‘Dashboard’, that gives a quick glance of your child’s daily timetable, meals, notices and current attendance. If you have more than one child at the school, then the name of your oldest child will be shown in a grey box. Click on this to access your other children.
From here, access your child’s information by clicking the View Student Profile button.
This allows you to see information about your child that and highlights any unread notices or actions needing to be completed.
You can add, edit or delete any information where there is an arrow symbol. Just click the field, click the Edit button, then edit or delete. All changes you make will be approved by school before showing on the Portal.
