Forest School

We are thrilled to welcome experienced Forest School Leader, Mrs Eagle, to our staff team, to deliver weekly Forest School sessions in our dedicated Forest School area, ‘The Burrow’.

During Forest School sessions, the children benefit from time spent in nature pursuing child-initiated activities that stimulate creativity and develop many skills such as problem solving.

Pupils will also be supported to undertake risk-taking activities such as tree climbing, tool use and cooking on a fire.

All our classes visit The Burrow for blocks of sessions at various points during the year so that all the children get to experience the environment in different seasons.
